Rebecca joined Samuel Hall in September 2017 as Project Manager in Nairobi, where she works on migration-related research projects in the East African Community and the Horn of Africa. Rebecca has over 8 years combined multi-country experience in research and evaluation planning, execution, analysis, project management, and training design and facilitation. She is a subject matter expert in migration and forced displacement with expertise in mixed-method, participatory research approaches. Rebecca received the prestigious Fulbright award to complete her dissertation research on urban refugees in Lusaka, Zambia. She holds a PhD in Cultural/ Social Anthropology from American University in Washington, DC.
