Habibullah Rifa is the Finance Manager for Samuel Hall's office in Kabul. Habib has about 10 years of experience in finance and accounting field. Habib joined Samuel Hall in 2016 and prior joining the SH team, he worked for many different organizations such as GPFA and IRD. Habib holds a bachelor degree from the Economics Faculty of Kabul University of Afghanistan and currently he is a student of ACCA-Global Body of UK as Association of Certified Chartered Accountant. At Samuel Hall, he focuses on Shareholder’s Wealth Maximisations and achieving highlighted objectives of the entity.
