Harish joined Samuel Hall as an intern in the Partnerships Unit in April 2023. He holds a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, and a Master's in Public Policy. His past research has focused on cross cutting themes of energy, climate, migration, and conflict. His masters thesis sought to understand the link between electricity consumption growth, and demand slowdown in advanced economies.

Before joining Samuel Hall, he worked as a Program Manager at Children's LoveCastles Trust in India, where he focused on digital literacy initiatives for underrepresented communities. He speaks multiple languages - English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, and Kannada.
