JARED OWUOR
Research Operations Manager

Jared Owuor is a Research Operations Manager at Samuel Hall. He leads Samuel Hall’s research operations in Africa and supports the development of research methodologies and tools with a focus on emerging technologies and their impact on refugee support services and systems. He holds a Master’s Degree in Public Policy & Administration (MPPA) from Kenyatta University, Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the same University, and a specialist training in Survey Methods and Statistical Data Analysis from the National Democratic Institute (NDI). Prior to Joining Samuel Hall, Jared undertook various assignments on behalf of International Development Organisations such as USAID, HIVOs, NDI, Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung, among others. Jared has also worked with local Public Benefit Organisations in Kenya such as the Constitution & Reform Education Consortium (CRECO) and Citizen’s Coalition for Constitutional Culture (4Cs) in the area of Human Rights, Governance and Democracy.
