Laura joined Samuel Hall in 2024 as the Director of People and Culture. With over 20 years of experience in the not-for-profit sector, predominantly in humanitarian aid, she has worked with organizations such as Médecins Sans Frontières, The British Red Cross, and the Jordan Red Crescent. Laura's extensive background includes leading HR operations at both global and country levels, further strengthened by a diverse range of HR certifications.

Laura is passionate about the future of people management and leveraging interpersonal skills for impactful individual outcomes. She has pursued various studies to enhance her expertise, including a Certification in Counselling Skills, and courses in Intercultural Communication and Non-Violent Communication. Additionally, she is a certified coach, holding a Certificate in Coaching from Cambridge University, along with certifications in Co-active and Gestalt Coaching approaches.

Laura holds a Bachelor of Arts from Oxford University and an MSc in Development Management from the Open University.
