Naeem was the former Director of Partnerships at Samuel Hall. He oversaw business development, outreach and communications across our network and geographical areas. Prior to joining Samuel Hall, Naeem worked for a news company in Delhi and for the Institute for Cultural Diplomacy in Berlin. He also assisted on field research projects on political transition in South Sudan and on piracy in the Horn of Africa and was in charge of communications at the Carnegie Middle East Centre in Beirut.

Naeem holds a BA in War Studies with Honours from King’s College London and an MSc in International Public Policy from University College London. He was also Team Lead between 2020 and 2022 for Stanford University’s Seed Transformation Programme.
