Nicholas works on policy and projects for the Social Policy Group, an Australian not-for-profit migration peak body - helping facilitate the Settlement Engagement and Transition Support (SETS) Community of Practice (CoP), a collaboration of settlement service providers across Australia.

At Samuel Hall, Nick worked as a researcher for five years from 2018 to 2022, including in Afghanistan and the United Arab Emirates, where he conducted research and evaluations for non-government organisations, the United Nations, foundations, and donor governments.

Nick holds a Master of International Relations from the University of Melbourne.
