Externally, WFP adjusted to the political transition looking forward to 2014 and to the expected focus from donors on sustainable development. Internally, their next Country Portfolio Evaluation framed the organisation’s strategy for the coming years.

This report was the first comprehensive review of FFT in Afghanistan.
